Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Buffet Garden. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
