Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
  • Provide customer service
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Work Environment:

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service. You will be required to work in a team environment and be flexible with your schedule.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
