Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
  • Provide customer service
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Environment:

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service. You will be required to have attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.
