Project Director

Aecon Concessions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our Heavy Civil East division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure development projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Safety Management: Establish and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Commercial Management: Manage project finances, including cash flow, risk identification, and mitigation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring adequate resources and succession planning.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of construction leadership experience on complex major projects.
- Skills: Proven track record of delivering commercial success, in-depth expertise in civil construction, and experience working with complex contractual agreements.
- Language: Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
