We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at IBEX TRUCKS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
