Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Limitless Karts. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Office Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
