Gadget House is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office administration and possess excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for coordinating seminars and conferences, preparing meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating Events: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain effective office procedures, including setting up filing systems, managing inventory, and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with all parties involved.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
