Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at JK Capital Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment and hiring processes, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
