About the Role:

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Scarborough location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting a culture of respect and accountability, and ensuring store compliance with operational processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide exceptional customer service and support sales growth by working closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team.
  • Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Recruit, train, and motivate your team members, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail/wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
