We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real Estate Investments and Asset Management team. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and optimizing the value of our real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance the value of our real estate portfolio
- Lead negotiations with external partners and property managers to achieve optimal returns
- Coordinate the preparation of financial analyses and reports to inform investment decisions
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic plan
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in asset transactions and management
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel) and Argus software
- Designated Certified Appraiser (an asset)
