Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1st Call Industrial Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, as required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
