Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Full-Time Seasonal Overnight In-Room Dining Server at our resort in Whistler. As a member of our hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Food Delivery: Deliver food orders to guest rooms, verifying completed kitchen orders and transporting items promptly for optimal food quality.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, provide engaging descriptions of selected menu items, and communicate options for tray and dishware removal.
- Room Setup: Break down, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, offer suggestions, and promptly address concerns and requests.
