Job Title: Insulation Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Insulation Helper to join our team at H & S Insulation. As an Insulation Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, ensuring they are properly secured and transported to the site.
  • Site Preparation: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Support Services: Provide support to medical examiners, assist in drilling and blasting rock, and help with demolishing buildings.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup: Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Support Programs: Participation in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.

Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, with a focus on a safe and healthy work environment.

Language: English.
