Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at H & S Insulation. As an Insulation Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Support Services: Assist the medical examiner in charge and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support Veterans.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
