About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies for clients, including mortgage pre-approval and refinancing transactions.
  • Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to internal experts for specialized support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive client retention and growth.
  • Participate in business development activities and events to expand our client base.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, as well as risk management rules.
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and mortgage financing. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
