About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Department Associate. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our military families and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and professional guidance on sales and products to customers
  • Assist with ordering products and pricing new inventory
  • Operate Point of Sales systems and maintain a float
  • Provide a variety of retail services, including dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, and postal services
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, while ensuring cleanliness of food service and eating areas
Requirements
  • Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience in retail and convenience operations
  • Food Handling Certification, as required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
