Food Service Supervisor

MUCHO BURRITO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform a combination of sitting and standing throughout the day.
