Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure we meet our quality control standards.
- Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
- 32 hours per week of work, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
