Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
