Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a variety of temperatures.
