Health Information Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Information Management Coordinator to join our team at Northern Health Authority.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality health services in Northern BC.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the administration of health information management services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage a team of health information management staff.
- Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health information management services.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of health services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Graduation from a recognized Health Information Management program.
- Certification with the Canadian College of Health Information Management and eligibility for active membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association.
- Five years of recent related experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity and post-basic training in management.
- Current valid BC Driver's License.
