HVAC Sales Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Bartle & Gibson.
This position involves handling HVAC Inside Sales and quotations for our customers, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have HVAC experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders
- Contact current customers to identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities
- Enter orders into the system and source materials for customers when not in stock
- Maintain knowledge of current products and learn about new products
- Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
- Support Counter Sales and handle returns as required
- Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Minimum two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales, or outside sales)
- Post-secondary courses in HVAC preferred
- Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, HVAC contractors, and the public
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry or a background in HVAC products
