The Opportunity:

This Digital Transformation Project Manager position will be responsible for ensuring that all members of a project team work collaboratively and individually to create a deliverable that meets the clients' or stakeholders' expectations.

">

Duties and responsibilities include:

">
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Developing, maintaining, communicating, and enforcing standards for key project activities across all applicable project management teams including project initiation, reporting, and communication requirements at project closure
  • Producing and maintaining a project plan while conducting the project within constraints of the framework used by different delivery teams
  • Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Estimating resources and participants required to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring proper financial management of the project
  • Managing risks by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy
  • Supervising and working with multiple teams in different cross-functional business areas
  • Establishing and encouraging a continuous improvement culture
  • Understanding, performing, and managing all issues in a manner consistent with Sentrex Mission, Vision, Values, and brand

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record for independently successfully attaining project objectives within deadlines.

A Day in the Life (What You Will Do):

">

Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

">

Thoroughly understand business and technical needs

">

Provide strategic guidance to internal teams for smooth operation and advancement of the program

">

Provide day-to-day project management responsibility for assigned program

">

Create project deliverables such as project scope, budgeting, plans, estimates, and resource plans

">

Manage tracking and control of project plan including changes, risks, and actions

">

Provide regular communication on project status to all internal and external stakeholders

">

Drive efficiencies and optimize timelines and development throughout life of projects

">

Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

">

Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers

">

Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs

">

Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

">

Additional duties as determined by your Manager

Requirements:

">
  • 7+ years project management experience
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional certification, including PMP
  • Proven success managing technology projects
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
