Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
