Job Title: Trailer Park Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trailer Park Supervisor to join our team at Ross Creek RV Park Limited.

Job Summary:

The Trailer Park Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trailer park, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and that our guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including maintenance and repair tasks, customer service, and administrative duties.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Trailer Park Supervisor will work in a noisy and outdoor environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
