Job Title: Trailer Park Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trailer Park Supervisor to join our team at Ross Creek RV Park Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our trailer park, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of park staff, including maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all park facilities and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, maintenance requests, and park operations data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
