  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the trailer park is well-maintained and safe for guests.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked trailer park.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a trailer park or recreation site setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
