We are a leading fabricating company that specializes in providing high-quality steel products and services to various industries. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Development: Recommend personnel actions and provide training or arrange for training to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Organized, team player, ability to work under pressure.
