Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Bison excavation & Demolition ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
