Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Recommend personnel actions and training needs
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
