Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
  • Coordinate and schedule site activities, including material deliveries and equipment maintenance
  • Train and develop site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, physical demands, and hazardous materials.
