Job Title: Automotive Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Supervisor to join our team at Fix-Rite Auto Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, managing your own company, estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Manage your own company, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive testing shop.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
