Job Title: Automotive Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Supervisor to join our team at Fix-Rite Auto Tech.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Shop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, managing the company, estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Manage the company, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive testing shop.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The Automotive Shop Supervisor will work in a noisy environment and will be required to work at a fast pace.

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive testing shop.
