Job Title: Automotive Shop Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Shop Supervisor to join our team at Fix-Rite Auto Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and managing the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Manage the shop, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments

Work Environment:

  • Work with automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics
