Job Summary:

On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our team. As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster of any sort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
  • Quality control of all aspects of the job.
  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment during disaster remediation efforts, cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed.
  • Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
  • Experience with Xactimate.
  • A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Open to working after hours and on weekends.
  • Problem-solving and priority management skills.
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
  • A clean criminal record.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • An ongoing commitment to self-development.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
