Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Salon Manager to join our team at Hair Couture II. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
    • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, driving business growth and increasing brand visibility.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
    • Experience: 5 years or more, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Attention to detail.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
