Position Overview

As the Salon Operations Manager at Hair Couture II, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of our hairstyling establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hairstyling industry or equivalent experience.
Financial Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with a budgetary responsibility ranging from $100,001 to $500,000, requiring astute financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee daily salon operations.
  • Assess and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Organize and plan daily activities to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff management.
  • Manage budget and inventory effectively.
  • Oversee contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Team Management

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
