Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Hair Couture II. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
    • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet the highest standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the salon's budget to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they meet their responsibilities
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
