Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber Foreman to join our team at Meridian West Mechanical Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the plumbing operations, supervising a team of plumbers, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in plumbing operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
