Job Title: Plumber Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman to join our team at Meridian West Mechanical Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of plumbers, ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Plumber Trade Certification and Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
