Job Title: Plumber Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman to join our team at Meridian West Mechanical Ltd. in Canada.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of plumbers, ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in plumbing, including supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Plumber Trade Certification and Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
