Job Title: Foreman Plumber

At Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Plumber to join our team. As a Foreman Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in various commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate the work of plumbers, apprentices, and other crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, with a strong background in plumbing operations and management.
  • Plumbing Trade Certification/Red Seal and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Previous experience in directing small crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications are also required.
