Job Description

Samuel Packaging Systems Group seeks an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee all aspects of customer aftercare within our ecommerce and online portal environments.

About the Role

This role involves ensuring smooth post-purchase interactions and addressing customer concerns effectively, developing and implementing optimization strategies for portals and customer touchpoints to maximize engagement and retention, managing ecommerce/portal growth, driving user adoption and engagement across all digital channels, and focusing on retention growth through personalized aftercare programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital solutions, user experience (UX) best practices, and UX optimization strategies, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with customers, as well as an analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of customer aftercare within ecommerce and online portal environments
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies for portals and customer touchpoints
  • Manage ecommerce/portal growth and drive strategies to increase user adoption and engagement
  • Focus on retention growth by developing and implementing personalized aftercare programs
  • Manage user experience within customer portals
  • Implement chatbots and automated messaging systems
  • Utilize customer success software platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within ecommerce or online portal environment
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
  • Hands-on experience with customer service platforms, digital tools, and automation
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions and UX best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Salary

$85,000 - $105,000 per year
