About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Best Vision Marketing and Management solutions Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies and equipment.

Requirements
