Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Amma's Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities, as well as supervising staff and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Supervise staff, including sous-chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks
  • Ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
