We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Le Petit Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep our dishes fresh and exciting.
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create and execute special events and menus.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to maintain our culinary budget.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
