Job Title: Executive Chef

Le Petit Chef is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients, managing inventory and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for banquets, weddings, and other special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
