We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1907086 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Training and Development
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Payroll Administration
- Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
- Budget and Expenditures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
