We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Holiday Inn & Suites. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the culinary team, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement menu plans, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of food quality.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
