Floor Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a diligent Floor Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of floors in various settings.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and can maintain a fast-paced environment. As a Floor Maintenance Assistant, you will work under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, which require strong organizational skills and physical capabilities.
Responsibilities- Clean and polish floors using specialized equipment and techniques
- Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy environment
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure optimal cleaning results
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the space
We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
